It's interesting the ceramic separators are to made in Japan and JT. Will there be a need for non-US cells?

Of course there is a need for non-US cells !  Think of all that shippng cost/delays & interuptions that will be absent.  I have been thinking that a JV plant in Japan has been in the planning stage for a while.  I just did not know with whom..... Thanks !

Just think.  One day the infinity cell will be all over the World!  AND  R&D is working on increasing the energy density with a sacrifice of cycle life.  Who needs a 14000 cycle battery where the equipment it is running is wore out before the battery?
