If I recall properly, Instititutions have 30-45 days to report after end of Q. Most may, some may not abide by these timelines. By the time you see the results, some may already have sold some of those holdings. Similar to short reports, they are lagging, moving, late indicators. Although the long term holders are definitely of most importance. A few more big holders and the float will disappear. Thats the part of the consolidation I'm awaiting. Small to no float
