Yes,  It is the end of the quarter and they are hiring for next quarter's production.  They have been ding this every quarter for a while now. 

I was thinking when I saw the "Jobs" title that they might be for Jamestown.  3rd quarter in Jamestown is supposed to bring on a Hi Voltage module assembly line and a Hi voltage battery assembly line with test station.  Also a Lo Voltage module assembly line, battery pack assembly line and test station.  Maybe we will see some job postings near the end of the quarter.
