I believe Electrovaya is already there with more cycles than CATL and a fast charging capability.  Where the problem is is the cost of the battery.  The cost will not start coming down until Jamestown is up and running.  That is why it is imperative that Electrovaya gets on the ball and moves on Jamestown construction.
