Lo Voltage module assembly in Mississagua is basically by hand on a production line.  The Hi Voltage module assembly is partially automated.  Electrovaya put out a video on that.  The company has said that the module assembly in Jamestown would be a little more automated, with no other details.  We just have to wait and see.
