With the new presentation, I wanted to look at the number of shares issued by the company compared to the previous quarter to ascertain whether there is any share dilution going on (thinking of Jamestown funding and the $100 million shelf). In the February 2024 presentation, the Cap table showed that at the end of 2023, there were 33,842,808 outstanding shares, 1,711,924 outstanding warrants, and 4,714,388 outstanding stock options, for a total of 40,269,120 potential shares. In the latest presentation, there are 34,134,165 outstanding shares, 1,711,924 warrants, and 4,448,988 outstanding stock options for a total of 40,295,077 shares. The number of stock options decreased by 265,400 shares; the number of outstanding shares increased by 291,357 shares; the number of warrants was unchanged. The total potential number of shares has increased only slightly as of March 2024.
