I believe that the share price is so low for two reasons: first, very low volume in shares traded, and second, bad news on the upcoming quarterly revenues is built in. Whatever the reasons, these seem reasonable to me. But the reality is that share price has really decreased on very little news and low trading volumes. One can come up with various scenarios (e.g., good revenues but not enough to hit guidance; no news yet about Jamestown funding, etc.) but in the end, this is a microcap with management that has made some good strategic decisions over the past couple of years. And these decisions have led to sales that made the company EBITDA positive and positioned the company for potential new growth vectors.
