It says solid state batteries cost 2 to 3 times more to manufacture that conventional lithium ion batteries. Electrovaya's SSB is said to cost about half as much to produce than the infinity cell. Maybe this is because the infinity cell costs more than conventional lithuim ion batteries to produce??? This video has many more tid bits of information.
