Dean Hamilton Bornstein
Chief Executive Officer
Dean Hamilton has spent over twenty years creating, financing, marketing, producing, directing and performing in feature films, television specials and documentaries. In 1982, Mr. Hamilton moved to Los Angeles to finish his education at The University of Southern California Business School after three years as an Accounting Major at Michigan State University. For more than 20 years, he has collaborated as an Actor, Writer, Director and Producer on numerous award winning feature films, television programs, live concert events, documentaries, music videos and commercials. Mr. Hamilton has directed some of the industries top stars including Martin Sheen, Roger Moore, Kris Kristofferson, Graham Greene, Danny Aiello, Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, Ian McShane, Tyra Banks, Rebecca Romijn, Corbin Bernsen, Angie Everhart, and Mickey Rooney.
Currently, Mr. Hamilton is producing several feature film and television projects including the feature film “Blonde and Blonder” starring Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards and the Farley Brothers. “Blonde & Blonder” world premiered at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and is scheduled for release in early 2008 . “Blonde & Blonder II’ is presently in pre-production, scheduled to be filmed at the end of 2008. Also in 2008, he will Produce and Direct “Havana Heat”, an action adventure thriller which is in pre-production scheduled to be filmed in Colombia. Mr. Hamilton has created and is actively developing several other film, television and multi-media projects scheduled to be produced over the next several years.
Mr. Hamilton created and Executive Produced "THE D.R.E.A.M. TEAM” television series. He Directed the Pilot starring Martin Sheen prior to the broadcast of the television series. The "THE D.R.E.A.M. TEAM” starred Roger Moore, Angie Everhart, Traci Bingham and Jeff Kaake and was filmed on the tropical Island Puerto Rico. The television series was a one-hour action adventure show with explosive stunts, exotic locations, mystery and intrigue.
Mr. Hamilton created, Executive Produced and Directed The "Supermodels in the Rainforest’ series. Volume II and III which was filmed in the Amazon, as well as several other unique and exotic locations in Venezuela with high profile supermodels. "Supermodels in the Rainforest" - Vol. I won "Best Documentary" in the "Film and Video Division" at the prestigious "1994 WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival" and won "Best Independent Video" at the Charleston Film Festival. Volume I was filmed in Costa Rica, in the nationally protected Rainforests. Some of the models that have lent their support to the series include Tyra Banks, Frederique Van Der Wal, Carol Alt, Stacey Williams, Rebecca Romijin and Judit Masco. A Cable Special, Soundtrack, Video, Website, Calendar, Screensaver, DVD, Enhanced CD ROM and Laser Disc were produced.
The feature film entitled "The Road Home", released in May 1996, was Produced and Directed by Mr. Hamilton. The film screened at various festival's which included The Chicago International Children's Film Festival (winner of "Most Popular Film"), The Santa Clarita Valley International Film Festival (winner of Directors "Gold Medal Award" for excellence), The Atlantic International Film Festival (Gala Screening), and the Cinemagic '95 which is part of the prestigious Northern Ireland Film Festival. The film was presented at The Palm Springs International Film Festival in January 1996, with a special tribute paid to Mickey Rooney who received a star on their "Walk Of Fame. The cast stars Danny Aiello, Kris Kristofferson, Robert Prosky, Charles Martin Smith, with Mickey Rooney portraying the part of "Father Flanagan".
Mr. Hamilton’s first feature film "Savage Land" was well received as it was nominated for "Best Song" at the "15TH Annual 1994 Genie Awards" recognizing outstanding achievement in Canadian films. The film also received "The Dove Foundation Family Seal of Approval Award". The consumer response to the film has been exceptional shipping over 600,000 units to the domestic Sell-Through market making it one of the best selling independent titles in 1994. The cast included Academy Award nominated actor Graham Greene from "Dances with Wolves" and "Thunderheart", Corbin Bernsen "L.A. Law" and "Major League", Brion James "Blade Runner" and "The Player", Marty Kove "Karate Kid" and "Wyatt Earp".
Immediately after college, Dean's acting career began to flourish when he was put under contract in the Talent Development Program at ABC-TV. Shortly thereafter he won a role as a regular on the Emmy Award winning Soap, "One Life To Live". His acting career continued to grow with other contracts, recurrent and guest starring roles building a formidable body of work on well know shows such as "Tour of Duty", "21 Jump Street", "Facts of Life", "Night Heat", "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" and feature films "Rushweek" and Disney's "Looking For Miracles".
Born in Windsor Ontario, Canada, Dean actually grew up across the river in Detroit. He raced motorcycles competitively before becoming a business major at Michigan State University. Achieving "walk-on" status for the Spartans, their nationally recognized football team, his goals suddenly changed when game injuries required re-constructive and career ending ankle surgery.
In 1982, Hamilton came to Los Angeles to finish his education at U.S.C. and pursue a film career. While attending acting school at night, he successfully supported himself in the School of Business Entrepreneur Program marketing calendar ventures. One of the calendars, "Portraits by an Artist" was a black-and-white sophisticated calendar spot­lighted by George Hurrel's famous photographs. Exuding class, the calendar featured famous screen legends from the '30's and '40's including Gable, Garbo, Cagney, Cooper, Barrymore, Weismuller and Hepburn. In 1984, Dean received the distinguished "College Entrepreneur of the Year Award" from Entrepreneur Magazine.

Jim Townsend
Production Executive
During his 15-year career as a film executive and producer, Jim Townsend has supervised the production of film and television projects around the world including Los Angeles, Vancouver, Calgary, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, The French Rivera and various Islands in the Caribbean. As President of Production at EFG, Mr. Townsend will oversee each project's progress during pre-production, production and post production. This includes analyzing a project's risk in terms of personnel, budget and production schedule. During production he will oversee the budgeting and cash flow on the productions, implementing payroll services, accessing insurance needs, arrangements for completion bonds, cast negotiations, union contract negotiations, closing negative pick-up contracts, production travel and location coordination. He has negotiated and worked with Unions throughout the world including International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (I.A.T.S.E.), Directors Guild of America, Directors Guild of Canada, Teamsters, Screen Actors of Guild America, Writers Guild of America, Writers Guild of Canada, Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television & Radio Artist, and Union of British Columbia Performers.
Prior to joining EFG, Jim was Senior Vice President at Canadian Global Media. His responsibilities included overseeing the physical production of all of the Company’s projects. These included the award winning Supermodels in the Rainforest Documentary Series, feature films "Savage Land", "The Road Home", the Television Series "Dream Team" and most recently a documentary series filmed in the Caribbean. Mr. Townsend most recently was responsible for all of the production activities on the feature film “Blonde & Blonder” staring Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards. His responsibilities included all of the films pre-production, production and post production activates along with overseeing and approving all of the personnel and distribution contracts.
Mr. Townsend is currently coordinating all of the pre-production activities on all of the company’s film and television projects. He is actively involved in all of the government applications that are required for government labor rebates, subsidies and grants. In addition, he is working with various production personnel and finalizing the production budgets and schedules for all of the company’s projects in Canada, Latin America and the United States.
Born in Upstate New York, Townsend received his B.A. in Theatre Arts from St. Lawrence University. He attended the University on wrestling scholarship and competed for four years on their nationally ranked team. In 1984, Mr. Townsend moved to California to pursue a career in the film industry. He has appeared as an actor in numerous television shows which included “Days of Our Lives”, “Knot’s Landing”, “Scarecrow and Mrs. King”, “Falcon Crest”, “Quantum Leap” and “The Wonder Years”. In 1987, Mr. Townsend became the Senior Operations President at Go Between, Inc., the film industry’s leading production service and information company whose clients included major studios, television networks, talent agencies and management companies in Hollywood.

Herman Valerius
Management Executive
Mr. Valerius was born in 1939 and graduated from BMI in 1960. His whole career has been in the communications and entertainment industries for over 40 years. In 1971 he became International Editor for Gabriela Mistral, the largest Publishing Company in Latin America with publications such as Omni, Parents, Playboy, Readers Digest, Estadio, Bravo and many other internationally known titles. In 1981 Mr. Valerius was appointed International Editor for Playboy under a publishing license agreement with Gabriela Mistral.
In 1986, he participated in the initiation the satellite teleconferences for the Miami Children’s Hospital as International Director. The conferences grew to be the largest televised teaching medical conferences in the world, having also participated from the planning stages in the first AIDS Worldwide Teleconference.
In 1987, Mr. Valerius founded Development & Production Services in Miami, Florida and established contacts with over 160 television networks all over the world that later and until today became partners in the co-production of successful television especial and series. The same year he successfully produced the first “Latin Models of the World” in Miami and continued producing the worldwide television special for 10 continuous years. The television special has been sponsored by American Airlines and Coca Cola thought its 10 year duration. Other mayor sponsors participated in different countries such as Revlon, Bacardi and the Hyatt Hotel & Resort chain. In 1992, while associated with Ford Models of New York, Mr. Valerius was responsible for closing the largest international contract ever signed by the Modeling Agency to represent and air their program “Supermodels of the Universe” with Televisa of Mexico.
In 1995 as President & CEO of Network Consultants undertook a major program to develop “The Light Industry” in Puerto Rico. This project became a major marketing plan for the development of movie, entertainment and print industry projects. Network has been the main and only consultant for the Puerto Government in this field from 1994 to 2000, during which the Puerto Rico Film Commission attained record production investment levels every year. Mr. Valerius participated in bringing to Puerto Rico the following productions Assassins, Contact, The Dream Team, Sunstorm, New Swiss Family Robinson, Amistad, James Bond’s Golden Eye and Executive Decisions. In 2004, Mr. Valerius founded CitiTrust Corp, an import - export manufacturing company. CitiTrust has manufacturing plants in Latin America and operate a worldwide sales office in Miami and now has expanded its operation and is shipping to Korea.
With over twenty years of partnerships with International Television Networks throughout the world, Mr. Valerius has created substantial relationships with these broadcasters and networks worldwide. First with the Miami Children’s Hospital as director of International Communications and later on as the Executive Producer of the “Models of the World” television special, his successful marketing formulas with these projects have reached over one billion viewers worldwide. Mr. Valerius decided to develop “New Models of the World” a new annual international television special, within the same realm. While developing this new gender of entertainment he has been extremely sensitive to the changes undergone by the industry as well as the impact of various successful reality shows currently on the air.
Gerry Anderson
Creative Consultant
Mr. Anderson has been involved in the film and television industry for over sixteen years and has collaborated with his sister, Pamela Anderson on several projects since coming to Los Angeles. His experiences have included the creating, producing and directing of features films, television series and music videos.
In 1990, Mr. Anderson gave up commercial fishing the dangerous waters of Alaska to help his sister adjust to the fast pace and bright lights of Los Angeles. Within moments of being in the city of angels he landed a regular role on Baywatch. After the series finished he became a regular on Pam’s new television series, VIP. Commercials and other roles followed as Mr. Anderson worked toward his dream, writing film and television projects. Writing his entire life, he found the transition into the entertainment industry to be natural one.
In 2003, he wrote, produced and directed his first full-length feature called NO RULES starring Tom Sizemore, Gary Busey and current world heavyweight champion of the UFC, Randy Couture. Mr. Anderson’s relationships in extreme sports industry has allowed him complete access to develop realistic and exciting projects in this genre. Currently, he is owner and partner of Pneumatic Pictures with Pamela, and is in development on several film and television projects.
His latest project, which he co-wrote and co-produced, was Blonde and Blonder, starring Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, and the Farley brothers, Kevin and John. The film screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May of 2007. Gerry has currently completed the writing of the sequel, Blonde & Blonder, scheduled to be filmed in 2008. Gerry has written KILO, slated for production in 2008. KILO is an explosive, high-octane film that will bring the sport of open-ocean racing and its massive horsepower, to the world.
Several of the projects Gerry is working on are currently in pre-production for the Company. He is actively involved in the creative process which involves writing, securing talent, scouting locations and finding creative partnerships for these projects. In addition, he is actively involved finding new projects for the Company.
