Question about OTC EPWCF Trades

Good Afternoon,

Can someone please clarify whether the OTC ticker EPWCF can be traded After Hours? The reason I am asking is because on Stockwits website (https://stocktwits.com/symbol/EPWCF) it says that it is up $0.86 (146%) on after hours Friday. I previously thought that OTC stocks do not trade after hours but after doing some research, it appears that they CAN be traded after hours. I wanted to post this question here because I wanted to get the most accurate information as it may simply be a glitch. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.
