I'm not sure what posting about a single, specific, facility, who is neither located inside the airport, nor has any apparent direct relationship with DFW or any of the carriers, does for CBDT shareholders? 

 In reality, theres likely multiple places in the area that provide some form of eligible testing.  Does the use of 'Dallas Airports' in their advertising cause any concern?

Ultimately, they are not even in the list of attendees to the pre-proposal.   Which suggests to me that their only potential involvement in that contract would be as a back up support partner for an applicant/retailer that might use them as a test processing facility??   If that is even permitted as per the RFP.
