well said Shilba.  "The planned expansion is moving ahead on time and on budget".  CBDT is also hiring a leading interior design team to maximizing the new space.  This takes time to plan and to get it right.

My main concern is the speed of new clinic constructions in Ontario as they are currently under lockdown till May 20th 2021 due to Covid-19.  Are these constructions considered essential?
