To clarify, I have never over estimated anything.  I have always been the loud voice in the room stating that people are being overly optimistic.  There is a problem with excessive optimism in that it creates an expectation which when unrealized creates an unfair SP swing which hurts us all.

Going forward time will tell with respect to Q2 but I stand by my convictions that it may well be worse.

Longer term it's a gamble and people shouldn't sell it any other way.  We are going to face massive losses as we try and get clinics running.  A small company can only service so much debt.  There is a reason that the auditors commented that they have concerns about Empowers ability to succeed.
