Please see my comments below to your questions.  I will leave it to Steve to elaborate 

1. What happened to a new clinic opening every 3 weeks? - In a perfect world this was our goal, however we are amongst the extreme supply chain delays that all industries are experiencing, but we are making great progress. 

2. What happened to the relaunch of kai tests?- This is well in the works, we hope to share updates on this soon. Keep in mind paper and cardboard lead times for printing are very long right now.

3. Why has Yoshi not been replaced with her abysmal performance?- Not my place to comment

4. What came of all the different trials with different parties announced last year?- We are still engaged with our partnerships and are optimistic to be able to share on progressions   

5. What is going on with SVH? - I anticipate an announcment on this soon 

6. The clinic acquisitions were pretty much a done deal according to interviews by Steve in December but both parties wanted to close in early Jan 2022. It's now February.
