Hello George and Steve, here are some questions from me and my German speaking community:
1. the question we are most interested in is how Sunvalleyhealth is going to continue, it looks like the kleins are pulling out of the atmosphere.
2. why hasn't the sunvalleyhealth.com website been updated, only two sites are still active, but the website shows several, and what's the deal with sunvalleyscience.com? Does Dustin klein, as the sole owner, continue to earn from the revenue that may be generated from this website? Why was this website not shut down when Sunvalleyhelth was taken over?
4. is there an alternative plan to Sunvalleyhealth? Do you want to use the last two sites for TMC? Is Sunvalley Health to be sold to someone third party? Or what is the general plan if the Kleins continue to not sign?
5. can you provide a date on the Q4 numbers? Will you be able to publish the numbers before the end of April? In general, can you give a relative punctuality commitment this year?
6) What about the outstanding TMC sites? I mean there have been eight clinics planned, will we see them open this year? And has the site spread increased? are there any new negotiations for new sites?
7. what is the status of Kai? What is the plan for Kai after the pandemic? are there already customers for other lab areas that Kai could cover? Will Kai also analyze e.g. blood samples from clinics coming from the TMC clinics or similar?
8. are all doctors/clinical staff directly employed by Empower Clinics?
Are the positions full time?
9. is vaccination also done in the TMC clinics or is it done exclusively through Kai?
10. does Snow Agency still work for Empower? And what results has Snow Agency already provided? Are you responsible for the social media platforms? If so, you should rethink your strategy and ensure more coverage, so far most likely 95% of the ads on social media are only viewed by shareholders...
