I beleive the vast majority of Shareholders have only 3 important questions;

1) What is the status of the SVH divestment & why has it taken so long? Is Steve at liberty to discuss the Kleins attitudes/lack of cooperation?

2) Is the 8 operating clinics acquisition delay because of the new CFO having to re-review due diligence on the transaction & can Shareholders get a firm date as to when this transaction will be completed?

3) Shareholders understand delays caused by outside forces/beyond the control of Empower (especially during Covid); does Empower have new, realistic timelines for new clinic openings?
