Agree 100 %. I think if oxinos had not taken Steven McAuley to task for his statements in the interview, he may not have had released that news release. It was hurried and scant on information of when the deal will close or any other details that were on the draft MOU. There was supposed to be consideration for rent payments that this NR does not elaborate on. Still, I'm happy this has been removed from the books of Empower Clinics.
