Mike Banning, it was annouced Oct. 24 '21, 5 months ago, not 8. S. Mcauley said at the time in 2-3 interviews they would wait until start of year 2022 to process the acquisition, which means complete it at the earliest Feb. 1 2022 since, as well, the new Controller Jennifer started after Xmas holidays/Jan. 1 2022.
