The March 16 NR you refer to was the ''Empower Clinics Provides Business Updates on its Continued Growth'', a general update that included that Empower "also completed a milestone accreditation day as part of the required certification process in British Columbia, led by a team of the company's expert healthcare professionals.".

It is not "material" that Empower installed a 2nd & 3rd "testing station" at the cruise terminal site (and that's all that that was from the 2nd video that Steve put out March 22) considering they already received DAP accreditation for "testing site" #1.... # 2 & 3 was a formality since DAP accredited them already based on "testing station" #1, Steve's exact word was "further" accreditation, his choice of word in a 1 min. video onsite on his cell phone was perhaps not the best choice, 1 wrongly chosen word does not a "lack of material news" make. 

Lastly, "towards the end of the video" you refer to, Steve said exactly this "so we'll keep you posted in the next few days on how we're doing", to me that says "we'll keep you posted on how these CERES testing activities are going", and that "in a few days" as Steve said, not in 24-48hrs.
