A few months of a new clinic or even a take over of an existing operation will not extrapolate to producing 2-3 million per year. The guidance was that 2-3 million represents a ckinc with 4-6, full roster Drs, plus full service paramed. It has always been the guidance and has never changed. Not all clinics will have 4-6 drs and not all will offer full paramed, etc. , so to suggest that these financials will indictate whether they will earn 2-3M/yr avg is entirely unreasonable and somewhat misunderstood. The calculation is per medical dr and additionally dependent upon what additional services are offered.
Flagship TMCs are billed to have a goal of earning this. Not all are 'flagsgip'.
Down the road when a quisitions may occur, it will also take time to assess and transform them in order to maximize their potential, whatever that may be.
But thinking that 6 TMCs open for a quarter should result in 25% of 2-3M revs each, at this early stage, is ludicrous.
