       It's been some months since this new management team has kinda come together. Can you tell me if you guys have come together  and collaborate on refined or new type of game plan or approach towards driving towards the company's final.objectives? As well, how much confidence has bringing these leaders together under you're team brought to Empower,? Last question... where do you see the company by years end?
