1. From this investors perspective, there is a lack of execution on acquisitions that intitial guidance suggested would close 4 months ago, where are we at on a resolution to the two proposed acquisitions? 

2. Financials have been delayed for two straight years now, with assurance given it wouldn't happen again after last years massive delay. We like to talk about being a NASDAQ company, when are we going to start acting like a NASDAQ caliber company and realease our financial statements on time? 

3. Where is Medisure at on their health Canada application for the rapid Covid-19 test kit? Any updates on progress?
