George and Steve,

I have been a shareholder in CBDT and supporter of the business plan for 3+ years and as an old school investor I believe in communication to shareholders and sharing good news and add.  When communication breaks down it is a huge red flag and totally irresponsible on the part of the company.

 I believe the shareholders deserve to hear what's happening with the company.  Anything less is irresponsible.
