Institutional holding increasing

Institutions now own 19.09% of this company for a total of 26.2M shares. In the last 3 months, they have increased their position by 7.1 Million shares. There is also 6 NEW institutions getting positions on this stock. They may be the reason behind the run up of late although traders brought us back down. This is all very bullish to me
