Message: EPO has oil in SNY

"...Here is what I know about SNY.

SNY owns all of the Oil and Gas rights on EPO's land base and then some.

The founders of EPO founded SNY and have put together approx. 120,000 acres of prospective land.

SNY gave EPO shares in exchange for 3D seismic data on much of the lands, and log data from drill holes.

A large amount of the land that EPO and SNY share is in the "Potash Strike Area" of Sask. The Provincial government restricts oil and gas drilling in the potash area, but the land in question is regulated by the Feds as it is First Nation land. As such, SNY is the only company with the right to drill in this restricted area. It is directly north of Bakken production (Viewfield Bakken 18,000 barrels per day).

SNY has also put acreage together on the Alexander First Nation (in Alberta). They are less than 1 mile from PER.v production which IP'ed at 290 barrels per day and is stabilized at 190 barrels per day.

SNY also has the Hoole ($125 million in 2p+3p reserves), Lashburn (320 acres in the middle of an oil field with a JV partner who is paying for the first 4 HZ wells) and Poundmaker property (Offsetting Caruthers field, first HZ well to be drilled at no cost to SNY).

SNY has approx. $4 million in cash. SNY raised $10 million @ $.50 and $.55 in March and is now completing and fracking the first 2 wells in the potash belt.

Encanto is the biggest or second biggest shareholder of SNY.

See news releases and do your own DD.

I own EPO and SNY.
