11:10 AM EDT, 07/03/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Mining (EDV.TO) on Friday said the US$100 million investment in the company by La Mancha Holding has closed, a day after it completed the all-share acquisition of fellow West African gold miner SEMAFO.

The company said Endeavour issued 4.51 million shares to La Mancha, with each priced at C$30.27. La Mancha bought the shares maintain its stake in the company, though its holding will drop to 24.1% from 31% because of the dilution.

Endeavour said La Mancha's decreased stake "provides for a larger free float and greater liquidity in the stock".

Endeavour shares were last seen up C$0.29 to C$32.32 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
