Endeavour Silver Up 9% on Q3 Earnings

01:23 PM EDT, 11/02/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver (EDR.TO) is up nearly 9% after announcing its Q3 results (in US$).

Q3 2017 net earnings were $1.0 million, or $0.01 per share, compared to net earnings of $5.6 million, or $0.04 per share for Q3 2016.

For the third quarter ended September 30, 2017, the company generated revenue totaling $39.8 million (2016 - $42.1 million). During the quarter, Endeavour sold 1.275 million silver oz and 13,759 gold oz at realized prices of $17.20 and $1,299 per oz respectively. This compares to sales of 1.2 million silver oz and 14,228 gold oz at realized prices of $19.16 and $1,340 per oz respectively in Q3 2016.
