BUZZ-Endeavour Silver Corp: H.C. Wainwright keeps 'buy'

** Analysts at H.C. Wainwright & Co reiterated "buy" rating on the Canadian silver miner's U.S. stock, after co announced production results on Wednesday

** Co's 2017 silver equivalent production of 8.9 mln ounces (oz) beat H.C. Wainwright estimates of 8.8 mln oz

** Wainwright also sees near-term growth for co, citing its timely mine, plant development progression at El Compas, Mexico

** Both Canadian and U.S. shares rise ~1 pct in early trade

** Up to Wednesday's close, EDR had fallen 43.3 pct on TSX and EXK down 40.2 pct on NYSE over the past 12 months (Reporting by Ahmed Farhatha in Bengaluru)
