A drop to close @ 1.34 is not a Big drop by my definition. Yes, it did touch 1.31 @ around 2:00PM but then regained to 1.34.

So I am not sure what this means except that maybe some people are locking in their profits - read unwilling to wait!

I've been in/out/in ENE since April 06 & am willing to await this development for more weeks if/as is required.

Still very much am of opinion that Penn is trying to do a grab with paying discount prices; so will not tender my shares but await developments. GLTA
