The company that I was reading about did have its mine in Colombia, but it was a TSX-listed company. A coal-miner, I think? Formerly Canadian-run. Yet they were apparently able to get away with sabotaging the share price.
I'd personally go with Saskatchewan farmers, myself. I'd trust Wendel Clark and Joey Kocur to protect me from the Russkies.
