I have been a CMM shareholder for well more than 5 years. I'm not about to give up now. I feel there is lot's of value left in this company but we have been plagued by mismanagement since I can remember. I truly believe that Finisky is only involved because he/they believe there is huge value here and they want it to themselves. Once we are out of the picture (at least in voting power) all of a sudden the hidden value will be unleashed, but alas we will have given up 40% minimum of our shares/value. I am hopeful that this deal will not go through as is. I would at least like to here from the committee that they are still going strong if nothing else.
