Zimtu owns 3,800,999 common shares which represent 19.31% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer as of November 24, 2014 based on 19,679,119 common shares issued and outstanding.
Mr. Dahrouge now holds approximately 14.2 per cent of the issuer.
Following this transaction, as of Nov. 17, 2014, Mr. Dahrouge and his affiliated companies hold an aggregate of 2,795,666 common shares.
