What your impression on the deal Rock? I listened to Kyler Hardy on the Korelin Report Friday morning, he says the right things but not sure if this will cause even more diliution, though he said the will fund the 3 phases with cash flow. The deal itself is a large share count.

Also what about the paper coming free trading in mere weeks? will we see .05 again....and maybe months before a spike? Late Feb if the deal goes through might help if more info is provided about how much Alta makes producing gold.
