Mr. Burton who is on the board of this company and the past CEO of Magindustries has been implicated in past for insider trading and bribes to Congo-B government along with a wrongful dismissal allegation by a former CEO of MagMinerals a subsidiary of Magindustries when he confronted Mr. Burton about his wrong doings. This is on top of a current ongoing investigation into corruption at Magindustries.
