Mr. Grant R. Johnson, has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company since its inception. Mr. Johnson is a business development and sales management professional with more than 30 years of industry and public company management experience.
From 2007 to late 2013, Mr. Johnson advised numerous companies as a Sales Management and Business Development Consultant.
From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Johnson was Co-Founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Swiss Medica Inc., a US publicly listed company. Swiss Medica Inc. was a manufacturer and Internet based distributor of nutraceutical products.
From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Johnson was Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Healthnet International Inc., a US publicly listed company. Healthnet International Inc. was an Internet based distributor of nutraceutical products.
From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President of Starnet Communications International, Inc., a leader in the Internet gambling industry. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Johnson led Starnet’s sales team and was a driving force behind Starnet’s market leading position in the B2B sector of the Internet gambling industry. In addition, Mr. Johnson was instrumental in the business development activities at Starnet and was directly involved in establishing many of Starnet’s strategic relationships.
Mr. Johnson obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from the University of Western Ontario.

Stuart is the Co-Founder and CEO of Argyll Entertainment, the UKGC licensed operator of SportNation.bet, operating exclusively in the UK and Ireland since August 2017. Stuart is a practising UK solicitor, having trained and qualified at international Magic Circle law firm, Allen & Overy. Having held in-house legal roles with various blue-chip gaming companies since 2005, Stuart established the iGaming Counsel in 2012, a legal, regulatory and commercial advisory service for the gaming industry. Additionally, Stuart was the founder of FLIP Sports, a social fantasy mobile games developer providing real-time second screen gaming experiences for live sport and was a co-founder of the International Social Games Association.

Mr. Alex Lim, B.Sc., M.A., is an Asian online video game industry expert.
Since 2010, Mr. Lim has been General Manager of International Relations of International e-Sports Federation (IeSF) in Seoul, South Korea where he is responsible for organizing and operating world championship level eSports tournaments.
From early 2010 to late 2010, Mr. Lim was Deputy Manager of Sports Marketing Team with FIRSONS Inc., Seoul, South Korea based sports events marketing firm. From early 2007 to late 2007, Mr. Lim was International Coordinator of World Taekwondo Academy at the World Taekwondo Headquarter (KUKKIWON) in Seoul, South Korea. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Lim was a Researcher with FITEX Inc., an adventure leisure sports company based in Seoul, South Korea.
Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Seoul National University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
Mr. Lim will help lead our Asian marketing team on a strategic level.
Jeff Cohen

Cohen was previously an equity analyst covering gaming and esports for Stephens Inc., a leading Wall Street investment bank and asset manager. Prior to joining Stephens in 2017, Cohen was an analyst in the Equity Special Situations Group at Barclays. Cohen earned his Bachelor’s in Government at Harvard University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School.
Adrien J. Lefèvre

Adrien has served as a Compliance Officer, including Regulatory Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in the gaming industry since 2015, including his most recent position with The Multi Group Ltd. He will be responsible for creating an integrated risk framework, assess risk, quantify risk limits, develop plans to mitigate risks and manage any new license applications in any regulated jurisdictions. His extensive experience at all levels of compliance will be invaluable as Esports Entertainment Group pursues additional gambling licenses in 2019 to further strengthen its market position and rapidly expand into new geographic regions.
Jenny Pace

Jenny has specialized in payments processing for almost 25 years, including her most recent position as Country Manager and Director of Western Union Business Solutions in Malta since 2009, where she maintained full leadership and operational control. Her list of responsibilities will be extensive, including but not limited to, managing our relationships with banks, credit card companies and payment processors, as well as, insuring vie.gg provides its players with the most up to date payment options. Given the speed at which the payments world is changing, her extensive payments experience and industry relationships will be critical to the success of Esports Entertainment Group.
Damian Mathews

Damian Mathews served as CFO of the Qatar and Abu Dhabi Investment Company from 2014 to 2020 and as Director of his own consultancy, NZ Pacific Investments, from 2012 to 2014. From 2009 to 2012 he held various senior management positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group. He also held various positions of growing stature at ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse First Boston and KPMG between 1994 and 2009. Mathews holds a joint honors undergraduate degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol in the UK and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Leppäniemi worked as the Head of Key Account Management & Partnerships at DreamHack AB, one of the largest global producers of esports content, with broadcasts that generated over 375 million views and events that welcomed over 250,000 visitors in 2017.
