About 9 million warrants at .30-.35 due April 29= $3,112,428

7,147,504 share warrants at .60-.65 due July 25= $4,327,354

My mistake. Not $6 million but $7,439,782, give or take a few dollars. A lot of dilution but a lot of discovery.



There's also about 12 million share warrants due Feb.27, 2010 at $1.25-$1.50. That will add $17,586,325 to the kitty. $25 million that EVG can look forward to. No need to raise a centavo. Well structured private placements.
