Dear shareholder,

The following response was provided by Quinton Hennigh, Chief Geologist and President of Evolving Gold Corp.

First of all, there is no issue with quality and integrity of analyses. SGS Group has performed very well, just slower than anticipated.

We are working on a series of measures to improve turnaround while ensuring QA/QC of analyses. These include…

  1. Implementing logging procedures that will allow core to be prepped for sawing and sampling within 2-3 days of coming out of the ground.
  2. Streamlining the sawing and sampling lab with additional personnel and a flowchart targeting a 3-5 day turnaround.
  3. Targeting delivery to the analytical prep lab within a maximum of 10 days of being drilled
  4. Negotiated with the SGS Group for priority service and a 2 week turnaround on gold assays (labs are much slower this year than last)
  5. Have completed a “round robin” with other labs and found one that meets our quality standards. We will use this lab for check analyses, but they may also receive some of our business.

Regards,
