Oh yes, bound too! Our two countries are in bed with each other, believe it or not. The US is our biggest trading partner in oil, timber, water, and anything else you can think of. If the US says, "Jump," Canada asks, "How High?" If the US sneezes, Canada catches the cold. Canada follows the US lead the majority of the time. People up here wonder why we've not been named the 'nth' state of the US yet.
