Chris, I think you are onto something. IMHO, some financial group(s) have their foot on the neck of the shareprice. Why though? Perhaps they want in on a cheap financing and will do what they can to force the issue? Keep in mind I am an Oliver Stone fan.....The assays will dictate everything. The further along we get, the looser this s/p noose will get...I read on pinksheets.com that there are only 4 shares short. seems low but ok.
