Spoke to IR today. It seems that Evolving will be sticking to the previously established scheldule of a release every 3 to 5 weeks. Last PR was Sept 14 so sohould be soon. Do not understand why the wait but it seems consistent.

As for finincing Bick and Barke have stated on more tna one occasion that coming to market for cash to complete 2010 drilling plan would not be reuired with the execise of warrants in Feb 2010.

The only reason I see for cash requirements would be to complete the purchase of the rest of the property to acquire 100% ownership
