The following response was provided by Evolving Gold Management.

EVG has no debt.

We are proceeding at our Rattlesnake Hills gold discovery project with all the steps to make Rattlesnake ready for production - pre-feasibility, feasibility, all relevant permits, baseline studies, etc., etc. HOWEVER… whether EVG is the company that ends up taking it into production or someone else, only time will tell.

Our job as Management is to create as much value as possible for the shareholders. That is the basis on which any future decision will be made regarding a potential takeover.
