aurum - I checked the TSX site and saw the insider sales but the page I found did not identify the seller. Do you know it is WS doing the selling? I would not be surprised as he has been selling down his position for a while now. I just checked SEDI and they show:

2,348,500 shares

350,000 options

I suspect that does not reflect the activity from last week. If so then the share count for WS would now be reduced by a good chunk. Also, I suspect that the shares that he is selling are from his personal inventory and are not the shares that are held by GPD. I do not know that for a fact, but I may do some more digging next week on this. I will reserve judgment on WS as I do not know his reasons for doing what he is doing and I don't think he was the one responsible for taking the stock down from 1.94 to 0.89. Plus I also own shares in GPD.<g>
