Has been selling A LOT. According to the TSX insider trade marker report website(see below), he sold 342,000 shares (for $413,000) on friday and 94,000 shares on thursday for a total of 436,000 shares. No doubt recapturing some of his investment in his private placement participation. But why sell now when news is coming out any day? Insider selling never looks good..... He seems to be the only insider selling. So, there you have a big reason why the s/p is falling. He had over 1.1 million shares in the p.p...Friendly insider or Greedy insider? I'll let you all form your own opinions on this guy. But his actions are affecting your shares value. Seems like every time the s/p starts to move up, there's a private placement where it trips up the market before and after the p.p. with participants pre selling and selling after the p.p... I hope that management doesn't lay down any more land mines to prevent a near straight rise in the s/p from now on. I know I've been a broken record but I'm truly tired of it. A great deposit has made up for a less than stellar management in my opinion.... I hope Sheriff, and others, shoot their wads before the assay n.r. or we may have a hard time reaching $2 this month.
In all of this commotion about Rattlesnake, we've lost focus on Carlin. I wonder if we get a truly big surprise with its assay release next month. Carlin could prove to be a real s/p multiplier...
