aurum - I got a little more info on this. First of all, WMS has not been an insider of EVG since 4/30/09, so his trades should not be reported as insider activity, nor should he be listed as an insider on SEDI as is currently the case. Not sure who is responsible for correcting that, I suspect it may be the EVG corporate secretary. Secondly, the EVG shares held by WMS are completely separate and distinct from the shares held by GPD. Finally - and he was under no obligation to provide this last bit - net purchases in the last month by both WMS and GPD were in excess of net sales. He likes the company, he likes the project very much, he says that nobody should be concerned about his activity in the stock. Hope that helps...
