I think maybe it is important to us that Pinetree sold all the shares it acquired in the PP. By doing so and keeping its float at 10 000 000 shares, with the new EVG share float of 104 + million - Pinetree is no longer an insider and as such not required to make insider filings any more. We will no longer know what they are doing unless they want us to know. Even if they exercise all of their 500 000 warrants, they will still be under the threshold, since EVG's float would be just slightly higher than 105.9 million on that group alone.
