I personally think EVG would need to have some kind of idea on the direction of the company before a base metals decision should be made. If the intention is to remain an explorer, then to me, definitely yes, add to your repertoire - gives a little leeway as far as what the market and your target majors want. If the intention is to take Rattlesnake to production themselves, I would say stay strictly with gold. Over and over when you hear the upper management of mid-size and larger base metals companies speak regarding the reason they have sold a very good gold property the answer is invariably that gold mining requires a very different skill set than industrial metals and that is why successful gold miners (typically) only mine gold and other miners stay away from it.
Having said that, I have read up on some of the original geological work done in the area around Kiyuk and I will be quite surprised if there is not a rather varied group of metals on that property.
