My own opinion is that things will trend slowly upward. Upward, but very unstable. If we are not at the bottom I think we are close to it. There does not seem to be any fear in the markets, just a sense that it is a necessary correction. Once the EU gets themselves sorted out and the fear of major governments defaulting passes, away we go again...
