I guess we now must deal with the free trading .90 private placement shares. Management must be kicking themselves about what Woolfus did. Management dealt with the wrong folks on this last financing. Unfortunately it's the shareholders who currently bear the brunt of their decision and one has to wonder what these financiers motives will be even in the face of great news.
