... the following was posted.

I am an EVG shareholder who lives down here in the USA - according to this press release, since I am not a Canadian resident my dividend shares of the Spinco will be given to a trustee to sell on the open market, and then I will be given a cash dividend as a result of the sale of these shares - is that correct? Any other EVG shareholders "south" of the border want to weigh in on this?
