My understanding(maybe wrong) is Treasury shares have already been issued sometime ago and the co. is the owner/holder. Therefore they are already included in the outstanding share count and as a result no dilution would occur unless the treasury was not holding enough shares to cover the purchase and decided to issue more to make up the difference. If the foregoing is the case it is positive in reference to dilution however negative as you dod not have the increased volume showing up in the trading numbers on TSX etc. Could be 100% wrong just posting my thoughts. I own 56000 shares @ an ave. PP of approx. .90 so I would love to see a nice bounce.
